The property had no basement at all.
Design brief:
Creation of a basement under the entire footprint of the property, which was around 86m2.
Creation of a basement to the full extent of the existing property, which had a footprint of around 70m2. Construction of two light wells, one to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior and one small lightwell to the rear. Both lightwells were fitted with doors. The basement was fitted out in a very contemporary design

Large media / Playroom, Bedroom with en-suite, utility, and built in cupboards.
