The property had a very small low head height cellar that was being used as a utility room.
Design brief:
Creation of a basement to the full footprint of the existing property and beyond ready for an extension to be created on top. This was going to create an amazing basement with a footprint of around 155m2. Construction of three light wells, two to the front of the property to match the existing double frontage Victorian exterior and one large one to the rear with large glass doors and steps leading to the garden.

Large media/ Playroom, Bathroom, bedroom, large utility, storage, plant room.
